Return deadline and right of refund

Products can be returned within 14 days and receive a credit note or exchange for another size or product. Remember the receipt.

A sale product cannot be returned, but a sale product can be exchanged for another sale product. After the sale ends, the sale item cannot be exchanged.

The condition is that the product is undamaged in its original packaging and a receipt is included.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless applicable. Customers shall bear the direct costs of returning goods. You can also come to the store and return and exchange.

The return of underwear, tights and socks is excluded from this rule, but according to According to the Norwegian Health Authority's recommendations, underwear, pantyhose and socks where the seal is broken may not be returned or exchanged.
